We have all dreamt big in our childhood and our young chefs Daniël and Kevin are no exception. Their dream? Having their own restaurant!
Different paths seperated these Hermanos, paths that took one to Amsterdam and the other to Haarlem. It resulted in two different styles, two different roads to the same goal.
Today, 15 years later, their childhood dream has taken shape! One restaurant where their unique mix of culinary skills and joint inspiration found in international street food results in a vibrant and colorful menu full of unexpected taste explosions.

Our cuisine is based on French gastronomy with an international flair, using ingredients such as dairy products, gluten, onions, garlic, capsicum, ginger, and eggs. We advise guests with allergies to these ingredients to avoid our kitchen, as adjustments to our dishes can compromise the vision of our cuisine.
